Pipeco maintains two fabrication facilities totaling more than 110,000 square feet, each with state-of-the-art equipment for fabricating most complex steel applications.
The Avon, Indiana facility provides 61,000 square feet of manufacturing space and includes one Koike Aronson plasma cutting machine for cutting steel, two large hydraulic presses and plate rolls for forming and shaping steel, and a Wheelabrator blast machine for steel blasting in preparation for shop painting. Our Sebree, Kentucky facility comprises 52,000 square feet of manufacturing space and also includes a plasma cutting machine, two hydraulic presses and plate rolls, in addition to a Hoffman blast bay for steel blasting.
More than 50 skilled workers fabricate each component of your water tower in one of our shops. To ensure the highest quality product, Pipeco also employs its own Certified Welding Inspector and Level II Radiographer, who ensure all welding meets the stringent quality standards required in the industry.
